Immediate Access
Most digital products are available for download immediately after payment confirmation. You'll receive an email with download instructions within minutes of completing your purchase.
Download Instructions
To access your purchased products:
- Check your email for a message from Theme Vault with subject "Your Download is Ready"
- Click the download link in the email
- Alternatively, log into your account at pixelpacks.online
- Navigate to "My Downloads" in your account dashboard
- Click the download button for your purchased product
Download Limits
You can download your purchased products an unlimited number of times as long as your account remains active. We recommend saving backup copies of important files.
Common Questions
I didn't receive my download email. What should I do?
First, check your spam or junk folder. If you still can't find it:
- Log into your account at themevault.online
- Go to "My Downloads"
- If the product isn't there, contact support@themevault.online with your order details
Can I download my products on multiple devices?
Yes, you can access and download your purchased products from any device as long as you're logged into your Theme Vault account.
How long will my downloads be available?
Your downloads remain available indefinitely as long as your account is active. We recommend downloading and saving your files shortly after purchase.
