To purchase Products, you may need to create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that show signs of fraudulent activity.

2.3 Age Requirement

3. Product Licenses

3.3 Updates & Support

Products include free updates for 12 months from purchase. Support is provided through our help desk system and limited to Product functionality.

4. Purchases & Payments

4.3 Order Processing

Digital Products are available for immediate download after payment confirmation. You will receive an email with download instructions.

5. Refund Policy

Your right to use the Products ceases immediately
You must delete all copies of the Products
No refunds will be provided (except as required by law)

These Terms are governed by law, without regard to conflict of law principles.

10.3 Binding Arbitration

Any unresolved disputes shall be settled by binding arbitration in Wheat Ridge, Colorado. Judgment may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.
